Osteopathy is based on the foundation that the mind, body and spirit are interconnected and that the body has all it requires to self-heal and self-regulate.

Osteopathy is based on the foundation that the mind, body and spirit are interconnected and that the body has all it requires to self-heal and self-regulate.
Through the art of manipulation, massage, stretching and articulation it is possible to re-regulate the body to avoid pain, long term illness or disorders from creating further distress. Through these effective modalities of manual therapy it enables the client's body to have the necessary space to heal itself.
Osteopathy is an all encompassing body therapy for those that are seeking improved quality of movement, restoration of agency, and effective recovery.
For people who have conditions effecting the muscles, bones and joints. Suits a wide variety of muscle skeletal conditions.
Treatments begin with a consultation and diagnosis through verbal and physical communication with hands-on techniques. What follows will be subject to the issue being presented and will range from different methods of manipulations, soft tissue work and articulation.
As each client is unique in their presentation it will depend entirely on the issue reported. In some cases clients may only require one session, others may require a longer treatment plan. The aim is to work honestly with the client and keep them informed with their progress and treatment plan.
Depending on how deep a person is wanting to go into their dysfunction, it is possible to combine the psychical aspect of Osteopathy with energetic healing which enables the client to access stored trauma and blockages within the body. This yields the best results for clients who are seeking a deeper understanding to themselves and the root cause of the physical manifestation that they have presented with.
